You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

I know it may sound cliche but I have seen over time that the best way to make your mark is usually by starting off on the right foot.

I’ve decided to start this blog in order to help people recognize their full style potential. I have been doing my nails, putting on makeup, and decorating my bedroom since I was four years old. So if you check my resume, I am dealing with style for 28 years. But that is not the case for most of the world.

I try not to let myself get stuck in one specific style decade and I love to go with the flow (unless, of course, it includes black leather studded pants for an important job interview). I really feel that style is not about becoming someone else but rather making the most of the gifts that God gave you.

Thank goodness for that. Many times the first impression I make is not even close to what or who I would want to portray or even who I really am. All I can really hope for is that I don’t have to go through the whole process a second time. I want to make a second impression please…which line do I go into?

I really feel that style is not about becoming someone else but rather making the most of the gifts that God gave you. It’s all about learning to express yourself and knowing how to get in touch with who you really want to be.

There are many different methods of self expression: Art, photography, film, exercise, worship, religion, fashion, and relationships.

I want to cover it all…is that too much to strive for? Let’s wait and see.
